The hillside town of Bielsko-Biała, or "Little Vienna," is a charming destination known for its beautiful architecture. During my stay, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant, which served mouthwatering traditional Polish cuisine. The flavors and presentation of the dishes were truly reminiscent of a homemade meal, making it the perfect choice for a comfortable stopover or team building event. , the experienced staff was available 24 hours a day, providing exceptional service and ensuring a pleasant stay.
Restaurant closed on weekends.

The kids absolutely loved running around and playing on the swings and slides. It was a great way for them to burn off some energy and enjoy the outdoors.
My wife says that having a dedicated kids' play area within the hotel would have been a wonderful addition.

The young receptionist was a game-changer, providing invaluable insights on public transport and the mind-blowing festival. The location, only 15 mins from the center and 20 mins from the train station, was super convenient. , the free parking was a major plus. Despite being a basic hotel, they nailed it with the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, restaurant. Plus, they allow pets and have strict no-smoking policies on site.

The room at Widok Centrum was totally cozy and comfy, I absolutely loved it! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and there was even a seating area to chill out. Perfect for a laid-back guest like me!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the draper's workshop reconstruction at the Weaver's House. But hey, everyone's taste is different, right?

Convenient car park, free parking near the hotel; the staff is friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. Great location, close to key attractions in the city center.
The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, constantly asking for the password and not working properly. The rooms were quite noisy, with thin walls and lots of disturbance from other guests.

The room at Widok Centrum was cozy and comfortable, with a nice seating area to relax in. I felt right at home!
Personally, I found the 24-hour front desk a bit overwhelming, but others might appreciate the convenience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, just a short walk from both the city center and the train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained facilities and tidy rooms. The fact that there was a car park available was a big plus for us, even though it wasn't completely secured, it was also not very visible from the street. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a wide smile. The breakfast served was satisfying, with options like bread, eggs, and more.
No complaints.

Convenient location, within walking distance to the city center and train station. Good car parking facilities, making it easy for guests who have their own vehicles.
Poor quality bedding, with scratchy duvet covers that made sleeping uncomfortable. Thin walls that didn't provide much soundproofing, leading to disturbances from noisy neighbors.

I recently stayed at Widok Centrum in Bielsko-Biala for a business trip, as it was chosen by my director. The hotel offers guests the opportunity to relax in the sauna or hot tub, available at a surcharge. I thoroughly enjoyed taking a moment for myself and unwinding in these facilities after a busy day. The sauna and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing and rejuvenating experience.
The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the very bad wifi connection.
